Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Elephant Forex website (elephantforex.com), our TradingView indicators, and related content ("the Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Elephant Forex provides charting indicators and educational content. Our tools mark market structure and related conditions on charts you view in your own TradingView account. We do not execute trades, manage money, or provide personalized investment advice.

License & access

• Free indicators are provided for personal use through TradingView's public library.
• Paid tiers (Premium, Ultimate) grant a personal, non-transferable license for as long as your subscription is active, delivered as TradingView invite-only access tied to your TradingView username.
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any paid script. Doing so ends your access without refund.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Whop. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice — changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

No warranties

The Services are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not warrant that they are error-free or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elephant Forex is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change and material changes will be announced on our X account (@ElephantFX). Continued use after changes means acceptance.

Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible.

• This website does not require an account and does not set cookies for tracking by default. If we run advertising campaigns, ad-platform pixels (Meta, X) may set cookies on ad landing pages to measure conversions — governed by those platforms' policies.
• When you subscribe, payment is processed by Whop. We receive your email and TradingView username to grant access — we never see your card details.
• When you email us or join our Discord/X, we see what those platforms share (e.g., your handle and message).

We use this information only to provide access, support, and product updates. We do not sell your data. To ask what we hold about you or request deletion, email hello@elephantforex.com.

Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, futures, stocks and crypto involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment in leveraged products.

• Elephant Forex tools are decision-support software. They mark chart conditions by fixed, published rules. They do not predict the future.
• Nothing on this site, in our indicators, or on our social accounts is financial advice, a solicitation to trade, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
• A "BUY" or "SELL" label produced by our software is the output of a rule set you can inspect and configure — acting on it is entirely your decision and your risk.
• Past results do not guarantee future results. Markets change. Any performance we discuss publicly includes losses as well as wins, and is not a promise of your results.
• We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or fund in any jurisdiction.

Trade only with capital you can afford to lose, and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

Refund policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee: if a paid tier isn't for you, email hello@elephantforex.com within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.
• Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime on Whop and keep access until your period ends.
• The free Lite indicator involves no payment — try it first; that's what it's for.
• Refunds for abuse of the policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles) may be declined.
